Take your speed, explosiveness, and performance to the next level with our 6-week elite training experience! Designed for athletes of all sports and skill levels, this program focuses on developing top-end speed, proper sprint mechanics, power, and agility all under the guidance of one of the fastest men in the world. Classes are twice a week Fridays 7pm -8pm And Sundays 3pm - 4pm!

What’s Included:

Professional Speed & Technique Training — Learn sprint mechanics, acceleration, and form corrections from Mike Rodgers and certified performance coaches.
VertiMax Resistance Training — Build explosive power, stride frequency, and quickness using advanced resistance tools.
Plyometric & Strength Development — Improve balance, lower-body strength, and sprint endurance.
Film Analysis & Feedback — Get video breakdowns to fine-tune your running mechanics and maximize results.
Laser-Timed Progress Tracking — See your improvement each week with precision laser timing.
Open Gym Access — Practice your drills and get additional reps outside of structured sessions.

Competition Week (Week 6):

Finish strong with Competition Week, where athletes go head-to-head in timed sprints and skill challenges.

Awards will be presented to the Top Athlete in Each Age Division.
All athletes will receive laser-timed performance reports showcasing their progress.
